Our Purpose & Philosophy

It is the aim of Horseshoe Weddings and Events Ltd to provide a personalised and professional service to individuals, couples and organisations in the management of weddings, events and celebrations. This can range from giving advice and support through to a partial or full management service.

We pride ourselves on a simple philosophy that each celebration or event should be organised and where appropriate, managed to ensure that it becomes a memorable occasion that has been provided through a reliable and professional service.

We provide private and corporate solutions in event management as well as being professional wedding planners/wedding co-ordinators. Our aim is not only to provide exceptional service but also to provide a service that delights and surpasses our customers expectations. Because of this, we limit the number of weddings and events undertaken in order to maintain our focus on your requirements. We do not believe that a client should receive less than 100% commitment. Our clients are extremely important to us, as is our reputation. We would not want to compromise either.

Our team is dedicated to exceeding your expectations by virtue of their knowledge, experience and attention to detail.

Our Methodology

Listening to our clients is essential. We believe that listening to our clients enables our planning of the event to stay in focus. We achieve this through:-

• Initial contact & introductory meeting
• Consultation meeting
• Customer receives master plan and options based upon the discussions held at the consultation meeting
• Budget plan provided as per discussions at the consultation meeting
• Agree plan with client
• Co-ordination with suppliers by Horseshoe Weddings and Events Ltd
• On-the-day management* (partial or full)
• Gather event data for accurate and useful post-event reports complied by Horseshoe Weddings and Events Ltd
• 28 day follow up letter to client for feedback
